Mental health is Health.
This place was incredible. After dealing with psychiatrists and therapists for so many years, I don’t say that lightly. Specifically my Therapist, Medie as well as my nurse practitioner Eva have been invested in me since the very first time we talked. That is how I felt when I wrote this review five months ago. Two weeks ago my therapist wanted to takeoff early so he said everyone else is canceling. Are you? You can’t say that people with anxiety. That automatically makes us know you do not want to talk to us and you just wanna go home and not waste your time. I have been asking to change my antidepressant and been struggling with my anxiety meds for months and it’s only been getting worse and nobody seems to listen. My therapist will listen and he’ll laugh when I say something sarcastically funny but his advice to apply for disability was apply and they’ll reach out.
Disability automatically denies you twice for mental health status unless you have a ton of documentation that you sent in with your application that takes 260 days just for them to open. And after spending eight months at this practice and putting all of the work that I had and shared everything they say apply and they’ll reach out. What kind of psychiatrist/therapist office doesn’t know that you automatically get declined twice with disability when it comes to mental health issues unless there is serious documentation that goes along with it? I spoke to another doctor about doing the micro dosing ketamine treatments, and she basically said that the nasal spray they offer is garbage and it doesn’t do anything to rewire your brain. It just gets you high for about 10 minutes and then that’s it and then you have a terrible reaction because you’re in a room with other people who are screaming and having panic attacks. It’s supposed to be a miracle drug, and it still can be, but if you go there first, then you will think that you are going to cure your MDD and then all Hope will just be ripped away from you. They actually cared about their patients and it wasn’t just a job. They literally cared until they got the ketamine treatments and then even if you didn’t need it they were literally pushing it on you because it’s like $2500 a dose for them that they can charge your insurance. That’s messed up.I’ve been struggling with my mental health since I was a child. I have gone to so many psychiatrist, seen so many therapists and nothing ever works.
I’ve gone through a lot of trauma in the past two years and I have been working very hard with Eva and Medie. I have to say, they did save my life But now they’re just making me feel like worthless garbage that isn’t even worth listening to about How I still feel after telling them this for months and they won’t even adjust my medication. I’ve had multiple hospitalizations in my life, so it’s not exactly like I have just generalized light anxiety Or seasonal depression.

Before I found this practice, and these people who actually cared about me, I was not in a good place. I struggle with major depressive disorder, shitty thoughts, every anxiety disorder under the sun, including agoraphobia. I’d been working with them for about eight months to get myself ready to be able to go out last summer and enjoy it. they tried but They essentially wasted my summer by making me go twice a week for the nasal spray. Come to find out I did it for four months and you’re only supposed to do it for one or two.

I cannot leave my house right now without having multiple panic attacks and I just got my second write up at work so I’m about to lose my job because of my anxiety too. It really is a shame because there is potential there because they had it and then they just gave up on me. They can say they didn’t, but that’s how they made me feel.

My nine-year-old son has autism, and he goes to this practice as well. He has an incredible child psychiatrist, Dr. Olivia. She has been an incredible asset and value to him and us as A family. I cannot say enough good things about Dr. Olivia.

Terrible place. Do not go. This business is highly illegal. My psychiatrist was Juliette. She was never available. I have ADHD and have been taking medication for it for well over two decades. She immediately took me off of ritilin due to the lack of proof of my ADHD. During my time there she would refuse to send a refill prescription for my meds until I was literally out of them. Sometimes I'd run out on a weekend when the office was closed. Several times it took over a week to refill my meds despite me calling multiple times everyday. Recently I moved to New York. I had an appointment with Juliette which the office cancelled because she was on vacation. She didn't get back for 3 weeks. I was off my medication for a month and nearly lost my job due to memory issues, misplacing things and being slow due to a lack of energy because my body has built up a dependency to my meds for over 20 years. I finally found a new psychiatry office and fought with the receptionists for days trying to get my medical records transferred to the new office. When they refused I requested my medical records be released to me to which they also refused that request. This is very illegal. Under both Massachusetts and federal laws a patients medical records are their property and can only be refused if there is evidence that the patient can/will use those records to harm themselves or others. ADHD isn't a mental illness. It's very clear there was no threat of that. Highly illegal shady business. I saw in an earlier comment that someone was going to report them to the department of mental health. I will be doing the same. For the sake of future patients I hope this place gets shut down or goes out of business. I'd hate for someone else to go what I've been through and almost lose their dream job because of this offices ineptitude.

I’ve had the privilege of seeing Shannon Comeau, APRN, PMHNP-BC for just over a dozen sessions, and she has been nothing short of extraordinary. From the very first meeting, Shannon stood out not only as a highly skilled and deeply knowledgeable professional, but as a genuinely kind and compassionate human being.

She has a remarkable ability to truly listen — to hear not just the words, but the meaning behind them — and she responds with empathy, patience, and exceptional insight. Shannon’s presence is steadying; she brings both warmth and clarity to every session, and she has given me a strong foundation for managing my mental health through some very difficult times.

It’s rare to find a clinician who combines intellect, professionalism, and such heartfelt care. Shannon has become a true anchor and a trusted ally in my journey, and I cannot thank her enough for the balance and peace she’s helped me reclaim.

Olivia was incredibly patient, friendly, and understanding. She took the time to really listen to me and made sure I felt heard throughout the process. I highly recommend her to anyone looking for a compassionate and professional psychiatrist.
